A Reel a Day

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Welcome

A Reel a Day is a subscription web app run by Nirahlee Inc., a Florida corporation based in Palm Coast, Florida ("we" or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Who can use it

A Reel a Day is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business, and the service is not for children under 13. You sign in with Google or an emailed one-time link, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

What the service does

You upload short video clips, choose AI-suggested hooks and captions, and pick songs from our original music library. Our "Auto-mix" feature combines them into many short vertical videos ("reels") and posts them on a schedule to the Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook accounts you connect. You connect each account through that network's own sign-in screen. We never see or store your social passwords.

New mixes start in "review first" mode, where you approve each reel before it posts. You can switch a mix to autopilot, and from then on reels post without your approval. Please check your settings. AI suggestions can be wrong, so read them before you approve.

Free preview

Before paying, you can build one mix and watch watermarked previews. Unpaid preview uploads are deleted after 14 days.

Price, billing and cancelling

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy, email support@areeladay.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

Your files and your content

Our music library

The songs in our library are original music that we provide. While you are subscribed, you get a license to use the songs inside reels made and posted with A Reel a Day. Reels you already published can stay up after you cancel. You may not use the songs separately, and you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Your responsibilities

We may suspend or close accounts for illegal or abusive content or for breaking these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

Social networks and other companies

We rely on outside companies to run the service, and posting depends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. We are not responsible for what those networks do, including removing a post, limiting your reach, changing their rules, or having an outage. We cannot promise any number of views, followers, customers or sales.

"As is" service

We work hard to make A Reel a Day reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose. This does not take away any rights you have that the law does not allow us to remove.

Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end your account as described above. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, liability limits and the governing law, will continue after your account ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will email you or post a notice in the app. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Flagler County, Florida.
